Do you accept pets?

As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Are you a smoke-free community?

What school district are you located in?

The Apex is located within Lakeville Public School District. Nearby schools include Orchard Lake Elementary School, Kenwood Trail Middle School, and Lakeville South High School.

What bedroom options do you have?

We have spacious open floor plans, including one, one plus den, two, and two plus den-bedroom apartment homes. For the most up-to-date information on our apartment homes, we encourage you to view the floor plans section of our website or contact our team.

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

The Apex participates in the L.U.R.A. program. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

What utilities are residents responsible for?

Residents are responsible for setting up their own electricity and internet (optional) with their provider directly. Residents are automatically enrolled in water, sewer, trash, gas, and pest control and will be billed as a separate charge, shown in your resident portal account.

What amenities do you have?

Do I have to pay for parking?

Residents at The Apex can park in our heated underground parking for $50 per month! Parking is available for free in our off-street parking lot.

Do you have washers and dryers?

Community laundry rooms are available at The Apex for all residents.
